Purchased 5 years ago. Never lived in. Roof leaked and is covered with tarp. Ceiling in living room collapsed as can be seen in photos. Listening to offers. Would like to sell quick, as is with the 2009 Ford E450, but listening to offers and options. It appears to me to be a solid house in need of repairs. I would keep and repair, but my wife is denied entry into this country, so I sell. When purchased I moved my household items into this house and left expecting to return in a couple months with my wife. The months turned to years and during that time the roof leaked, and ceiling in the living room collapsed. I covered the rood with a tarp and have been slowly removing personal items over the years. Personally I believe there is a very good deal here to be made by somebody who can invest the time and money to do the repairs.
