-The dog must be flea and tick free and current on prevention treatment.
-Guests will always keep the dog on a leash outside.
-Guests will not leave the dog unattended inside the house.
-Guests will keep the dog crated if the dog is left alone.
-Guests are responsible for cleaning up any and all dog refuse, including dog hair.
-Guest is responsible for cleaning the dog before he/she comes indoors.
-Bag and dispose of waste in the outdoor garbage can.
-Guests will use either the Paradise Village #79 back yard or the road outside to walk the dog to urinate and defecate.
-Guests will not let the dog relieve itself in the neighbors’ yards or indoors.
-The dog is not allowed on the guest beds at any time.
Evidence any pet soiling, hair or damage on bed, bedding, furniture or carpet will incur extra cleaning or replacement fees.
