The reason we chose this location was because of the lake.
We were enchanted when we drove by.
The community here is amazing.
There is something for everyone.
The amenities are superlative: beach rights, basketball, club house, exercise facility, garden space, indoor pool, tennis court, security, kayaking, canoeing, skiing, hiking and there’s even a golf course for an additional fee.
There are clubs and organizations for many different interests.
The elementary school, Grantham Village School, is highly rated.
